Over the past few months, we've been hard at work completely rebuilding Waveloom from the ground up. Today, I'm excited to share what we've created — a faster, simpler, and more powerful platform for building AI agents and workflows without complexity.
Why We Rebuilt Waveloom
When we first launched Waveloom in Early Access, we set out to solve a problem: connecting multiple AI services through a single interface. The initial version did that, but we quickly learned from your feedback that there was an opportunity to create something even better.
Three key insights shaped our rebuild:
- Linear interfaces are more intuitive than complex drag-and-drop builders
- Speed matters when working with AI models
- One-time purchases are preferred for exploration phases
With these insights in mind, we threw out our codebase and started fresh. The result is a completely new Waveloom that's focused on simplicity, speed, and flexibility.

What's New in Waveloom
1. Blazing Fast Performance with a New Tech Stack
The new Waveloom has been rebuilt for speed, delivering responses up to 5-6x faster than our previous version. This means less waiting and more creating.
This performance improvement is particularly noticeable when chaining multiple AI models together in a workflow.
2. Simplified Flow Building
We've reimagined how you create workflows. Instead of a complex drag-and-drop interface, the new Waveloom uses a linear, step-by-step approach that's both powerful and easy to understand.
Each flow is built as a sequence of steps, with clear inputs and outputs. This makes it easier to understand what's happening at each stage and reduces the learning curve significantly.
3. Introducing Flow Forking: Build Once, Fork Many
One of our most exciting new features is Flow Forking. This powerful capability lets you create a primary workflow, then fork it to create specialized processes that run in parallel.
Here's how it works:
- Build your main flow with data acquisition and basic processing
- Fork the flow at any node to create specialized branches
- Each fork can use different AI models, processing steps, or outputs
- Changes to the parent flow automatically propagate to all forks
This modular approach means you can create more organized, maintainable workflows. Instead of one massive flow that does everything, you can build smaller, focused flows that work together.
4. One-Time Payment Option
We've heard your feedback about pricing. Many of you prefer the flexibility of one-time purchases when exploring new tools, so we're introducing Lifetime Credits that never expire:
- Purchase credits once, use them whenever you want
- No subscriptions or recurring fees
- Flexible options for different needs
After using your initial credits, you'll have the option to purchase additional lifetime credits or switch to a subscription model, depending on your usage patterns.
Real-World Use Case: Content Marketing Automation
To illustrate the power of the new Waveloom, let's look at a real-world example from one of our beta users, a digital marketing agency.
They built a content marketing system using Waveloom's fork feature to transform a single product brief into multiple outputs:
- The main flow extracts key product features and benefits
- Fork 1 creates social media posts for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Fork 2 generates product images for each platform
- Fork 3 creates a longer-form blog post with SEO optimization
What used to take their team 3 days of work now happens in about 20 minutes, with consistent messaging across all channels. That's a 94% reduction in time spent.
AI Model Support
The new Waveloom supports all major AI models:
- Text Models: OpenAI's GPT-4o and GPT-4o Mini, Gemini Pro 2.5, Anthropic's Claude 3.7 Sonnet, etc.
- Image Generation: DALL-E, Luma, Leonardo, etc.
- Video Generation: Dream Machine, etc.
- Audio Processing: Whisper, Eleven Labs, etc.
Best of all, you can easily switch between models or use different models in parallel forks based on your specific needs and budget constraints.
Infrastructure and Reliability
I'm happy to share that Waveloom has been accepted into the startup programs from Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, providing us with cloud credits and infrastructure support to ensure a stable and scalable platform as we grow.
This multi-cloud approach gives us the flexibility to optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across different services.
Pre-Launch Offer: Limited Time Only
As we prepare for our official launch, we're offering special pre-launch pricing on lifetime credits. For a limited time, you can secure lifetime access to Waveloom at our lowest prices ever:
- Pioneer Package: 1500 credits for $99 (regular $149)
- Pioneer Pro: 5000 credits for $299 (regular $399)
